Dusit Thani, Bangkok, in cooperation with the Russian Embassy in Thailand proudly presents "A Taste of Russia" at the hotel's The Pavilion Restaurant during June 11-16, 2007, in conjunction with the grand celebration of the 110th Anniversary of diplomatic ties between Russia and Thailand.
Three distinguished Russian guest chefs from the famous Pushkin Restaurant in Moscow, led by Chef Alexander Korolev, will bring you their specialities among the typical Russian dishes - highlighted in our international buffet line for lunch and dinner. They include Shchi (Russian cabbage soup), Borsch (beetroot soup), Holodets (jellied minced meat), Blinchiki (pancakes stuffed with meat), Stilichnii salad (potato salad), Azu (pork stew), Beef Stroganoff, Blinis (buckwheat pancakes), as well as live Russian food cooking station.
A special performance of the world-famous Cossack dance troupe will also be presented at this food festival on June 11-13. Quality Russian standard Vodka is also served at MyBar and The Pavilion.
