GHA Staff Exchange Program Launched

“All my bags are packed, I’m ready to go…”

The GHA Staff Exchange Program selects a candidate who will best represent the company and share best practice skills on their return.  The program provides cross-training among the member hotels of the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA).  Thus, in line with this progam, Rungrote Thamtiang, Restaurant Manager of il cielo Italian at the Dusit Thani Bangkok, was selected to represent Dusit International, and embark on the training program at Omni Hotels in the USA for three months.

Global Hotel Alliance comprises prominent hotel brands, such as Dusit International, Kempinski Hotels, Landis Hotels & Resorts, Marco Polo Hotels, Omni Hotels, Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, that have alligned themselves with the promise to deliver great value and memorable experience across the world for their guests.
